Polynomial Internal and External Stability of Well-posed Linear Systems

چکیده
We introduce polynomial stabilizability and detectability of well-posed systems in the sense that a feedback produces a polynomial stable C0–semigroup. Using these concepts, the polynomial stability of the given C0–semigroup governing the state equation can be characterized via polynomial bounds on the transfer function. We further give sufficient conditions for polynomial stabilizability and detectability in terms of decompositions into a polynomial stable and an observable part. Our approach relies on recent a characterization of polynomial stable C0–semigroups on a Hilbert space by resolvent estimates.

Stability Results for Fractional Differential Equations with Applications to Control Processing
In this paper, stability results of main concern for control theory are given for nite-dimensional linear fractional diierential systems. For fractional diier-ential systems in state-space form, both internal and external stabilities are investigated. For fractional diierential systems in polynomial representation, external stability is thoroughly examined. Our main qualitative result is that s...

This paper proposes a hybrid control scheme for the synchronization of two chaotic Duffing oscillator system, subject to uncertainties and external disturbances. The novelty of this scheme is that the Linear Quadratic Regulation (LQR) control, Sliding Mode (SM) control and Gaussian Radial basis Function Neural Network (GRBFNN) control are combined to chaos synchronization with respect to extern...
متن کاملRegularization and frequency-domain stability of well-posed systems
We study linear control systems with unbounded control and observation operators using certain regularization techniques. This allows us to introduce a modification of the transfer function for the system also if the input and output operators are not admissible in the usual sense. The modified transfer function is utilized to show exponential stability of sufficiently smooth solutions for the ...
متن کاملLow gain tracking for well-posed systems
In this paper we solve a stabilization and tracking problem for linear systems, using a low gain controller suggested by the internal model principle. These results are a partial extension of results by Hämäläinen and Pohjolainen. In their results the plant is required to have a transfer function in the Callier-Desoer algebra, while in this paper we only require the system to be well-posed. The...
متن کاملExtensions to system wellposedness and internal stability
This paper presents certain generalisations to the classical concepts of wellposedness and internal stability. Input consistency and output uniqueness of the closed-loop system in the standard control feedback configurations are discussed. Based on this, a number of notions are introduced such as fully internal wellposedness, externally internal wellposedness, and externally internal stability,...
